Baked Sweet Potato Fries- Garlic Parmesan

Fries are lovely. Sweet Potato fries are untouchable!



I've always felt less guilty when I make sweet potato fries. They are a great side dish for burgers, fish sandwiches etc. These are great fried, but we're trying to do the right thing with this recipe and stay on the healthier side.

These fries will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Topping it off with parmesan and garlic is a no brainer!



Yields: Feeds 4

Ingredients:


  1. 4 large sweet potatoes

  2. 2 tbsp of olive oil

  3. 1 tsp of garlic powder

  4. 3 cloves of minced garlic

  5. 1/2 cup of grated or shredded parmesan

  6. Pepper to taste

  7. Salt to taste

What Do I Do? :

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray

  3. Cut the sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Put the sweet potatoes in a large bowl

  4. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  5. Lay the fries on a sheet pan.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the fries occasionally.

  7. Once your fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with Parmesan Cheese

  8. Enjoy!
